So earlier, Jo-chan took a cab down to my place to drop off some books and manga (where by 'some' i really mean 'four bags of, and not small bags either', i don't even remember owning some of this stuff) and she whines at me when we're walking to J8 to meet Aine and Kaori that I was late in going downstairs to fetch the books up and that she couldn't get through my room phone.

I tell her to stuff it, I was on the phone with Aine, who was wondering why I was /here/ and not /there/ yet, and that I told Aine that I was here and not there because /Jo-chan/ was not here yet, and I say we're late and that Aine's already at J8.

She tells me that Kaori's also at J8.

"Shouldn't Kaori and Aine be meeting?" I say.

She says "Yeah, but Kaori called me, she said that she tried to call Aine but couldn't get her."

I say "...she couldn't get Aine because Aine was on the phone with me, which is why you couldn't get me."

"...," we say.

This likely goes to show that... I dunno, we suck.

Also, apparently Miyuki is tomorrow. It's really late this year, and I didn't hear anything about it; it's likely that I won't be turning up... first Miyuki I haven't gone for, but eh. >_o

Next year, we might do RO cos. 'cos. >D We could make up little signs on satay sticks and hold them up. >D I like the emoticon system in RO way too much. I want to make music notes appear over my head in real life, too. >D

Some wierd new patch was implemented on RO, making it impossible for me to level at all (1 hp/sp regen per second? That means it'll take half an hour to regain full hp on my sin kthx), so I messed around a lot all day. Went out with Aine in the morning (forgot I was supposed to meet her XD;;) and picked up this month's Asuka... DNAngel sure is getting kinda wierd. >_o But it did come with a really nice RagunEn/DNAngel shitajiki, even though there wasn't a new chapter of Lagoon Engine.. I wants me some more of that >_o

Christmas dinner was okay. My cousin was there so I talked with him for a while until he fell asleep (XD;; /i/ was not that boring, but i was that bored), listened to Kimeru's album a lot and read Monstrous Regiment... Monstrous Regiment is really, really brilliant, everybody should read it. It's brilliant. >D Just.. most excellent. >D

I also started reading The Bone Doll's Twin. I didn't know it was set in the same world as the Nightrunner series, but it is. I didn't get very far into it, but I liked what I read of it so far... it seems like it'll be better than the Nightrunner series, which I liked, but was fairly generic, just given a plus because of the High Fantasy With Gay factor.

So me and Aine went out yesterday and watched LotR, which was very sparkly, kind of fanservicey, and went on forever. Like, really. Like, even after it should have ended, it panned to the next scene and the whole theatre was like "...oh god, there's MORE?"

Some people screamed with Orlando Bloom came up in the credits. ...huh. Well. Still, I enjoyed it. Just... I wonder at the people with the stamina to go for the marathon. XD;;

Then we went to HMV, where I failed to locate Kimeru's debut album (...shut up. >__>) and very little else of note happened. I did get Monster's Regiment from Aine and a copy of Tenipuri 10.5, on a lark.

Also, my dad went and got a router for the house, so my laptop can access the internet. Cool.

I haven't been blogging much lately, mostly because I have been engaging in an exercise in masochism. That is to say, I'm leveling Ohtori in RO to get him to priest as fast as I can, completely solo, while trying to get to job level 47. I'm going through blue gems like candy. XD;;

But on the upside, I did hit job level 40 today! My goal is 2 job levels a day. It's only going to get harder from there. XD;;

I'm kind of tired of getting pwned by Dark Lord, though. He's spawned on me three times to date, once, he spawned on the cross. XD;; It was carnage.

So the entire fandom appears to be all EEEE TENIPURI MUSICAL now, and I would be one of them because EEEEEEE TENIMUSI it's so AWFUL it's TERRIBLE and BRILLIANT I LOVE IT. XD It's utterly, utterly batshit and fucked up, it's GREAT. XD Beckymarie, who rules us all, is uploading it slowly and has clips up on her LJ. I particularly liked the Taka-san one (omgwtf?) and You Got Gay Game, because god, Kimeru is pretty >___>x And so is Takigawa Eiji, who did Tezuka (he's a model, apparently?) and most of the casting was brilliant, and it's so TERRIBLE (there's breakdancing! breakdancing before a match! momo dancing DURING a match omg this is so fucked up i love you~~~ XD XD) but it's great and everyone needs to watch it. >D

I must get my hands on You Got Gay Game and listen to it obsessively on repeat now. I didn't even like the song before, but watching it being sung in TeniMusi, by Fuji, well ;;;;;;;

Yes, dammit, Fuji owns my soul ;;;;;;; And here I thought I was cooling off my tenipuri thing in favour of RO. >__>

I was just in a gigantic party of acolytes and miscellany in mids 3. And I really mean huge, I think 4/5s of the acolytes on that level were part of the dungeon. We were scaring the people who weren't in the party, because everytime a party support spell like angelus or magnificat went off, the whole screen would be filled with the special effect. >D It was great fun. Mostly acolytes, with the scattered mage and.. a battlesmith. Huh.

Went out with Jo-chan and got my hair done. It's really, really short now. Well, as compared to the length it was before (waist-length to shoulderblades >__o;;;), but I guess it looks okay. Also, my volumes 2-5 of FMA came in <3 <3 <3 and I have Chrno Crusade ep 2. I liked Chrono Crusade ep 1 a lot, but I read the manga, so I know I enjoy the series already. I just need it to be translated faster >___o People should watch Chrono Crusade. It has sisters with holy submachine guns. No, I'm not kidding. <3

Dude. Jo-chan stole my card-finding f00. She got two hydra cards, one RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER. Like, whoa. I'm still trying to scrape together enough cash for a clip. I got sidetracked for a fairly long while talking to a dead man in the desert.

I'm a rares collector. >_o I tend to just keep them rather than sell them. I have some stuff that's worth a bit, but I don't really want to sell. I guess I should, though. The stuff that's really useless.

So Aine and I were going to go ice-skating, but didn't. Then we were going to watch a movie, but didn't. In the end, what we DID was we bought brownie mix, came home, and baked brownies, which were slightly underdone, but chocolatey and moist! Like brownies generally are. Instead of non-chocolatey and... not moist.

We are like, domestic and stuff. We made Jo-chan come over to have brownies, too. And then I proceeded to get slightly tipsy off a screwdriver and a half (aine fobbed hers off on me >_o), in a "can't walk a straight line, but perfectly capable of coherent thought" kind of way.

We felt really domestic carrying NTUC bags home. On the other hand, the bags were filled with junk food and stuff for mixing drinks, SO.

Going to try and scrape together cash for a clip now. Got our hands on the Christmas CD. We are saved. <3
