Uh, okay, so the computer is well and truly b0rked, and I do not know where my mouse cursor went. In fact, I don't know how I will publish this entry. Hmmmm.

I am getting around by pressing tab very, very much. Oh well. I can survive without the computer for a few days, as irritating as it'll be. However, if the father figure tells me to call my cousin again in response to me asking what I shall do about this heap of junk, I will be quite displeased, as he has not seemed yet to have noticed me telling him very many times that Yes, I Have Indeed Contacted Said Cousin, and He Also Has A Life, You Know.

Then again, if I really can't fix it, I can probably get my cousin and be hysterical and see if he has any sense of chivalry left in him.

Apparently, the Dread Virus cannot enter through the main gates of my school. This is the only explanation I can find for the new opening hours of the gate which actually leads to the bus stop, the only gate that's going to be open at reasonable hours now is the main gate. Because of the SARS situation, saith they. '...', saith I.

I mean, no one ends school between 1pm and 2pm! ...except for me, today. ...and, okay, sure, other people, I guess. But I couldn't get out of school until 6 anyway, because there was a library meeting, so... blah. And... blah. I'm glad that meetings can't go past 6pm, because that's when the library closes. <3

In other news, the gate is still bent. And I am writing really awful Loki/Heimdall manga-based future AU spamfic. With a tag like that, you know it's going to be good. Or... really awful, as the case might be. <3 Love me.

So for reasons I cannot fathom, the school gate was locked at 3pm today, when I was trying to leave school. I didn't backtrack to tell anyone, because I was lazy, I had PE today, and there are a lot of stairs in the school. So I crawled under the gate at the other side. The school has wrapped barbed wire around the bottom of that gate, presumably to keep people from doing such a thing, but it doesn't work and it annoys me. I mean, /barbed wire/. No one's stupid enough to get scratched, but it got caught in my hair. >.>x

But what amused me, slightly, is that two boys from another school were apparently trying to get either in or out, and climbed the wirefence next to the gate to that effect, and somehow bent it. They were trying to fix it when I left.

I have wanted to say this since the second episode. Actually, since I saw his funky staff in the manga. It's CARD CAPTOR LOKI! And I swear it is. It even has a transformation sequence! ...*cough* On the upside, Loki isn't given to bizarre outfits, just... ribbons. Lots and lots of ribbons. On kid!Loki, they're cute. On grownup!Loki, they're just... sort of gay.

I note with amusement that in Tactics, though, the ribbon thing has transferred itself to Haruka. *cackle*

I love the last scene in ep 3. Loki's expression is priceless. <3 I love Heimdall so, so much. Although I probably prefer Loki. But still, Heimdall. <3 ...something must be done about his gloves, though.

On the other hand, I wish Seichi kept the next episode trailers, because from the episode title, it'd seem that a certain kaitou appears in the next ep, and he is a certain kaitou voiced by Takehito Koyasu, and I love him very much as well. <3 Although, is it just me, or is the anime STREAKING PAST AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT?

Oh, and Ecchan (is that its name?) has finally appeared, and it is so very cute. I want one.

My friend brought candy in a container shaped like a cartoon character called Spongebob Squarepants today. My first reaction to it was "HOLY MOTHER OF CHRIST THAT THING IS HIDEOUS". And it /is/, it's the freakiest and most ugly cartoon character I have ever seen in my entire life. She was waving it around all day and I just kind of.... cowered. It's so, so creepy.

Okay, so the fucking printer isn't working either, and it's /already/ shoved as tight into the port as I can get it to go. I give up. Dammit. I need a new computer, one that doesn't suck... I also want to sleep, and that's making me grumpy. I don't think I'm going to be able to get the stupid printer working anytime soon, which means I can't print out my GP homework, which means... I dunno, that I've just wasted the past hour or so of my life, although admittedly, a good chunk of that was attempting to make the printer work.

I don't know what I'll do about the German culture stuff that the teacher apparently wants for library, either. Oh, what the hell.

So I'm at Coffee Bean with my dad, getting dinner, when he tells me not to order coffee or tea because then I won't be able to sleep. "Get something to drink somewhere else," he says. "Okay," I say.

After I get my food, we wander over to the place where all the fast food restaurants are. Or, well, I'm wandering, he's following. He asks me what I'm going to get.

Absently, I say that I'm going to Mos to get iced tea.

He goes "..." loudly at me.

For a good long while, I can see nothing wrong with my statement.

The moral of the story is... I dunno, that at the best of times, I can be spacey, and at the worst of times...

But in the end, I got iced tea, and my salad is soggy.

I think I like the first Suikoden's hero best, still, for some reason. But Sui2 is good. Snagged the data and will replay Sui3... sometime.

B's for all four subjects, to which I'm mostly kinda "eh", but I have managed to flunk my GP essay and am not very looking forward to getting the other part of my GP paper back. It would be so very pathetic to fail GP. So very, very pathetic. So very, very sad.

I think my class holds a record for highest tutor turnover rate. I've got a new Biology tutor now. A kind of intimidating lady, but at least she can teach. My previous Bio tutor was a very nice guy, but no one relied on him very much.

*blink* ...wow. The Loki anime is... really good.

It has a lot of a darker/more serious feel than the manga, but the seiyuu are good (loki is /so cool/ now), the designs are nice, Yamino is such a sweetie... it's changed about some things from the manga, but not that drastically (dnangel anybody, FRANCE, oh my god FRANCE) and... it's cool. I really liked it. *sparkle* It exceeded a lot of my expectations. Not that I was expecting a lot, I was saving all of my expectations for DNAngel, so I guess it's okay if that didn't quite manage to deliver. Still. I want the next episode soon. ^_____^x

Also, randomly, dolls scare the fuck out of me. They do.

Now for Heimdall to come in. <3 <3 <3 It better be SOON or there will be HELL TO PAY I don't care if he only appears after volume 3 or 4 'cos Thor's already going to be in the next episode. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Dear BitTorrent, my download of Loki 1 was proceeding at a very nice clip with only 40% and 40+ minutes to spare. The fact that the computer CRASHED and BURNED HORRIBLY is no reason to make my download START FROM THE BEGINNING AGAIN AT A DAMN CRAWL.

...or, uh, maybe it is, because I'm not very versed in using BitTorrent yet.

So I downloaded the first episode of DNAngel and we watched it today. It wasn't bad, actually, even though it was horribly skippy and lagging on my computer. Daisuke didn't sound bad, although it wasn't really distinctly 'him', but he's still as charmingly a dork as ever. I love him so much. The Niwa family is still composed of utter fruitcakes (the sequence right in the beginning? with all the cloaks and dark foreshadowing, then cutting to... well, not? amused me /way too much/) and I love them, too.

Satoshi... I don't recall him being as gay in the manga. *pause* ...actually, I /do/ recall him being this gay in the manga. He's great.

I'm still fairly indifferent to the twins. Dark, for the few minutes we saw him, was neat, although I wish they kept Vash's seiyuu, who did the best damn Dark, /ever/.

Also, randomly, Diabolo 2 and Chrono Crusade 2 came out recently, and I snagged them. I'm happy because I thought they were never going to be continued, Chrono Crusade especially, because it's been like, more than a year.

So sometimes, my dad says he'll buy lunch for me, since I cannot cook and the only readily preparable stuff in the house is canned soup. And he makes noise at me if I eat it, even though my parents keep buying it, because it's not supposed to be good for me.

And sometimes, he says he'll buy lunch for me, and so I don't forage when it comes to a reasonable hour for lunch. And sometimes, he forgets. This leads to me being at home at 5pm with no food, and I can't very well eat anything /now/, because dinner's coming... whenever my mom gets home...

...all this is just to say, I'm hungry.

Alright, so I /wasn't/ under house arrest, but after a lengthy phone call involving the dangers of Orchard and crowded areas and tourists, I now am. Not even Junction 8, quoth he. Blargh. At least I don't think my dad's disallowing company. >.>;;;x

In other news, snagged Loki Ragnarok 2, Tactics 3, Black Cat 12, and got Shaman King 23 back off Aine-chan, earlier. Loki is always fun (with heimdall going school, and loki also going to school, for some reason, which prompted us to thinking about how they would be if they got all the way up to high school without killing each other. there would be a loki fanclub, and a heimdall fanclub, and a loki/and/heimdall fanclub, and... never all three shall meet), if kind of whacked out, and Tactics is just... wierd...

But Shaman King 23 was cool, even if there was too much Chocolove. The Hao bits were neat, at least. <3 I love that series. It has to feature the most laid-back shonen manga protaganist I have ever encountered.

Also read the yaoi high fantasy series that I borrowed off Aine. It's great fun, although the only comments I have are that
1) Seregil is Silk, only gay.
2) He needs to get laid.

I should get started on the Phillip Pullman trilogy I borrowed off Jo-chan.
